Welcome! We host you in two uniquely designed lofts in Caluire-et-Cuire, a few minutes from the Cité Internationale, the parc de la Tête d'Or and the Porte de Lyon. Whether you are here for work or for a weekend for two, each loft sleeps 2 guests in a carefully designed industrial-style interior.
A whirlpool bath and a video projector on one side, raw concrete and riveted beams on the other: two atmospheres, the same attention to comfort. Book directly on our website, with no intermediary commission.
A few minutes from the parc de la Tête d'Or and the Cité Internationale, our two lofts are designed for stays for two: a romantic weekend, a Lyon city break or a business trip. EMMA bedding, equipped kitchen, separate toilet, linen provided and a workspace.
The Jacuzzi & Cinema Loft adds a whirlpool bath and a video projector; the Industrial Loft plays the raw concrete and riveted beams card. In both cases check-in is self-service: you arrive at your own pace, from 4 pm.

Where are the lofts located?
Both properties are in Caluire-et-Cuire, at the gates of Lyon. The parc de la Tête d'Or and the Cité Internationale are a 5-minute walk away, and a direct bus reaches Part-Dieu or Bellecour in 15 minutes.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 11 am. Entry is self-service, with a keypad and a secure key box, so there is no one to wait for. Need a different time? Write to us and we will do our best.
How does payment work?
50% of the total is paid at the time of booking, the balance 7 days before arrival. No security deposit is required. Prepaid amounts are non-refundable.
How many guests per property?
Each loft sleeps 2 guests, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
Are pets allowed? Can I smoke?
Pets are allowed at the Industrial Loft, and at the Jacuzzi & Cinema Loft with prior approval. Smoking is not allowed in either property.
Is there parking?
Parking is available as an option, on a fenced property.
